Hello sweet friends. Happy Spring! It’s been a minute. But I’m back with what feels like an important update at the beginning of a new season. For some time now (years) I’ve been feeling the pull to get off social media. About a month ago, out of nowhere, I deleted IG from my phone and logged off on my computer and haven’t been on since. HOLY MOLY, what a gift it’s been. It’s opened up so much spaciousness, calmness and presence. I realized that even though I was only spending about 1 hour each day on IG, it wasn’t serving me in any way. It was a distraction and unnecessary noise. With that said, I miss sharing my art transmissions and sweet adventures with you so I’ve decided to share here, on my website blog that I created over a year ago. What a perfect opportunity to restart ILLUMINATION, in a whole new light of potent presence. I begin each day asking, “How can I be of greatest service to the whole?” One beautiful answer I’ve received recently is to be present with my people and animals, my interactions and with momma earth. I’ll share a little more about this beautiful breakthrough in the posts to come.

PEREGRINE FALCON

EAST | AIR | SPRING

Calling in the sacred element of air, the winged ones, the ones that fly on earths breath and Peregrine Falcon to be present with us as we plant new seeds and water ones already sprouted. Even though planting seeds is associated with a new beginning, I try to remind myself the importance of being present with those seeds and that it’s more about the present journey with them versus the end result. Be with those seeds. Don’t rush them. Enjoy them. Love them. Being with them in this capacity will bring you right into this beautiful moment.

My intention is to share a little something about the Gene Keys in each of my blog posts. The Gene Keys have become so much a part of my everyday life and as I continue on my own Golden Path journey, it feels very important to share their living wisdom along the way. Gene Key 17 is in the sphere of my CULTURE and is currently in pulse through Friday which makes the timing of everything I’m sharing in this blog post feel even more synchronistic. The sphere of culture is all about building your fractal line. It opens or closes you to calling in and building your fractal line (your group of like-minded, open-hearted companions and allies) who will aid you in fulfilling your external purpose in the world. I like to say, it’s how we attract our co-creators. I already feel the beginning stages of this as I make this shift away from social media. It feels big and exciting and I’m so excited to meet new members of my fractal line!

Here are little sparks of magic I heard from the Shadow, Gift and Siddhi of RICHARD’S CONTEMPLATION OF Gene Key 17:

It’s okay to have opinions but at the shadow frequency we let opinions define us and we become a victim of our them. Opinions are not who we are. So I ask you this question: Can you have an opinion and let it be just that. An opinion. Without defending it and becoming attached to it. Can we let our opinions shift as we see truth. Who are we without our opinions? What a fun question to contemplate.

The gift of far-sightedness is absolutely amazing. There’s no viewpoint to defend. Logic + intuition are of equal value. Genius sees through this eye. It sees where we came from and it sees where we are going. When we drop our fixed views + opinions we see truth. We see the cosmos. (*chills*)

The third eye is at the heart of every cell in our bodies. The cosmos sees itself through you when you see through this eye. It will bring an end to the second wound of denial. It’s living awareness.

WILD ADVENTURE

My AMAZING friend Lisa and I went to Aspen, CO a few weeks ago to see Harry Hudson, the Chainsmokers and KYGO (Chris’s favorite)!!!! This was our fifth roadtrip in the last year together, but it was our first where neither one of us were on social media. I can’t even put into words how this changed our experience. How present we both were. How much more we felt every moment not thinking about capturing every single thing so we can post on IG 5 minutes later! What a beautiful gift to come to this knowing and I am so grateful for my new awareness around it all.
